I worked for an architect specialising in Strategic Urban Design and Planning Architecture. I was involved in urban planning of a Beach Resort in Agadir, Morroco where I researched existing similar Beach Resorts to study the sustainable techniques and strategies used to integrate a Tourist Golf Beach Resort with the local village. I also created various collages to represent the numerous strategies employed to enhance the local village. The collages help visualise the future enhancement of the local ecology by building stepped embankments to preserve the local forests, the enhancement of the local economy through building cohesive market streets and the enhancement of society through building local social housing, schools and parks.
For my personal project I researched sustainable strategies employed by the local architecture to cope with the local environment in order to gain a better understanding of sustainable architecture. I also wanted to document my time in Sevilla, therefore I decided to make a video diary of my experience.
